Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) are work arrangements where employers and employees agree to a variation from the usual work arrangement, such as Flexi-time, Flexi-load and Flexi-place.
At Works Applications Singapore, our employees benefit from FWAs such as Flex Holiday, where employees can choose to work on a public holiday and use the day off on a separate day of their choice, and permanent Work From Home (WFH) schemes.
The Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) reached out to our company to find out more about our FWAs, and our company then collaborated with Mothership to feature one of our employees in their article promoting FWAs.
To date, Works Applications Singapore has adopted the Tripartite Standards for Recruitment Practices, Flexible Work Arrangements, and Work Life Harmony to show our commitment to build a better work environment for our employees.
